I have a Versa Lite. How do I change the clock face? I used to be able to do it from my phone but I cannot do that now.  Can anyone help me?

Have you tried the tips and recommendations provided by @Guy_? 

To do it directly from the Fitbit app, please follow the steps below:

  1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > Devices > your device.
  2. Tap Gallery > Clocks tab.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want > Install.

Hi @NanaChar54 - you can change to an existing clock face on your watch, swipe the watch face left and tap on the Clocks app.

If you can get into the Gallery tile of the Fitbit App you can also do it there and load new ones from the Gallery, providing the watch is syncing properly with the Fitbit App.
