How do I change the length of the pool?

My watch is registering the pool Im swimming in as 25 meters. But the one I'm swimming in now is only 11 meters. How do I change the length of the pool or change it all to feet? I've tried everything, resetting the watch and app, taking the watch off the account and back on, everything. How do I change the length from 25 meters to 36 feet?
