How do I change the order of exercises in the App?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

On my previous watch I was able to move workout to appear first on my watch. I have recently replaced my watch and I can’t find it in the app.

Hi @Mtk0405 in the App on your phone, go to your Versa and scroll down to Exercise Shortcuts. Tap and hold the foir little lines on the left of each exercise to move it withing the list. Sync and the list will be in the order you selected.

I have reordered my Versa exercises in the app and have synced a few times.  The order has not changed on the watch.  How long should this take?  Also, do you get to pick which 7 of the 14 exercises show on the watch?

@cwbatl  Yes, you do get to choose which activities you want. In the app go to your Account and select your Versa. Scroll down to Exercise shortcuts and delete any you dont want there (press and swipe left). Then tap the plus sign in the top right and that takes you to the full list and select the ones you want on your Versa and select Add to Versa. Then reorder the list to how you want it.

As your versa isnt changing the order to what you select restart the versa several tmes and then sync and hopefully it will be correctmon your watch.

Thanks, @NellyG.  I had already reordered my list in the app, but I do not see the + sign you mention.  I am using app Version 3.5 on a Samsung S10e. Thanks for the help.

You wont see the plus sign until you delete one of the activities listed. Once you delete one activity it will show the plus sign and you can add one activity. If you want to add several you need to delete the same number from your Versa. The plus sign is not very big or particularly obvious for some reason, but is in the top right corner.

I think what was confusing was that you are allowed to view up to 14 exercise choices in the app, but you can only have 7 on the Versa, so you have to delete the list down to 7, but really 6 to see the plus sign.  I have gotten that far and see how you can add one to the Versa.  But I don't know how to delete the ones I don't want from the Versa.  I don't see a delete option.

You dont delete them from the Versa. You delete in the app by swiping to the left in the Exercise shortcuts list. Then add the ones you want and then sync the Versa which will move the changes you have made tonthe watch. Does that make sense?

I have restarted my tracker at minimum 5 times, synced it many times  shut it completely off and let it sit, synced several times, restarted it several times again, shut off my phone and versa, restarted both at the same time, synced and still cant get the versa to update with the list of exercises.  What more can I do.

Hi @WalkerTerri I am not sure, but are you trying to see the whole list of exercises on the Versa? If so, you cant - you have to see them in the app and in the app select the ones (max 7) you want to see on the Versa.

OR

Have you made the selection of exercises you want to see on the Versa and they are not appearing on the Versa?

@NellyG -

Why do I suspect you have an Android? The "movement" icons are non-existent on the iOS app.

Just another inconsistency. I quit counting after twelve and that was a long time ago.
