Hi there, @Loreee. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.

As a first approach, please follow @Guy_'s recommendations.

Keep in mind that your Versa 3 may show the wrong date and time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.

To see when was the last time your watch synced or to check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If you're running into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Hi @Loreee  - normally syncing the watch with the app does it, however sometimes this gets stuck.

Things to try.

  • Restart the watch and sync manually in the phone app, pull down on the phone display.
  • In the Fitbit App click profile photo and App settings and turn off and on the automatic time zone then sync the watch
  • If the watch is not on the correct time zone, turn off the automatic time zone and location and set the time zone manually and sync.
  • Logout if the app and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
