How do I change the time on my want her.

On my Fitbit versa 2.

Hello!  I woke up this morning and my Versa 2 was exactly one hour behind.  I followed the steps outlined above and it did not work.  I re-started my phone and tried again--still one hour behind.  Other options?  Thank you!
