Hi there, @Brendaloo. Welcome to the Community Forums.
As @JohnnyRow has mentioned, keep in mind that your Versa 2 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

In my experience however, it can take several syncs (or maybe it's just 10 minutes or so) before the time actually updates itself on the FitBit.

Hi @TomTheToolman - yes, it sometimes is not immediate when syncing, or at all and requires a watch restart and sync.
