Hi @Julieljohnson99 and @Dbz. Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

To change the units used for the temperature in the Weather app, I suggest trying the following:

In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab tap your profile picture, tap your device image, tap Gallery and then weather, you might need to swipe up to find the app.
Tap Settings.
In the Temperature Unit section, tap Units and choose the unit you want to use.
Sync your device to save changes
