  • I just reconnected my versa 3 after more than a year and the mobile app has changed! ( I have a Samsung S22+) I no longer know where to go to check and/or change which wrist I wear my watch on! thank you for helping me! Fitbit technical support could not answer this question! Vero

Hi @Véroma76.  Fitbit did a major redesign.  Please tap on your device/battery icon in the upper left of your Fitbit app.  Tap on your Versa 3 tile.  You change your wrist setting there.  You can get more help with the app redesign in the Community Blog.  The app update was released in Sep 2023, so start there.  There are other posts there about specific pages.   I also want to let you know about a recent Versa 3/Sense announcement.  Some Versa 3s are getting a firmware update for battery issues.  You may or may not be affected by this.
