You can choose between 12 and 24 hour clocks in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit

Once changed and saved, the next time you sync your fitbit will be updated

It can only be changed on the online app from your computer. I was not able to change mine via watch or phone app

It is set up for the right time Eastern on my computer and it still shows military on my calendar.

Is the calendar an app you are using? If so, I wonder if it overrides the profile settings. Is the main clockface showing correctly?

Thanks.  This did work for my Fitbit (Charge3).  Do you know how to do it on my Kids Ace2 setup under my Family group?
