How do I change units used for the temperature in the Weather app?

Within the app settings I have updated the units to Celsius, then synched, however the weather app on the watch is still showing Fahrenheit.  Is there a way to update this directly on the watch?

On phone app, Profile Pic (top left) > Fitbit model (Versa 3) > Apps > My Apps > Weather > Settings > Unit

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I want F; settings on phone are set for F but Fitbit shows C. Tried restarting both devices and syncing. No luck.
