How do I claim my 24month warranty?

I bought a versa in March for my birthday through takealot South Africa. I had to do a factory reset today and now it won't turn on at all no matter what I do. I've tried the various trouble shooting. How do I claim my warranty for the watch?

Hi @SianBClaven You need to contact Customer Support - they are the only ones who deal with warranty
