I already have another fitbit connected to I Phone I want to cancel that one and load my new one

Make sure you do one last sync of your old fitbit first to avoid losing any data.
If you go into the account section of the app by selecting your profile picture at the top left of the main dashboard you'll see an option to "set up a device". Select the Versa 2 and it will step you through the process of adding it to your account.
Then, from the same part of the app you'll see both of your fitbits. Select the old one and scroll down until you see the option to remove it from your account.
