How do I connect my VERSA 3 to Google Fit?

That's not possible natively. You need to use a third party application. If you use Android i recommend Fittofit.

I am using GoogleFit to interface with  Fitbit and BetterMe. BetterMe uses GoogeFit to interface with different trackers. But I can't find where the connect to other apps is located on my VERSA 3.
