How do I customise my daily stats on Versa 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When i first got my versa 2 on swiping down I had steps, hourly steps, active minutes, heart rate, etc. I had to do a reset and now when I swipe down the only options I'm getting is steps, hourly steps and heart rate. What happened to the others? How do I change the stats?

Hi @ClaireFinnie - Welcome to the forums! I’m happy to help you find the missing stats. Swipe up from the Versa clock face. Keep swiping until you see Settings. Tap that and select what you would like to see. Press the left button a couple times to save your settings and get back to the clock face. Try swiping up again and you should see the new stats.

Thanks, most of the stats have appeared now  I guess the watch needed time to update itself. When I did my reset only steps and heart rate were appearing, even on settings. Seems ok now.

Hi, I have tried this and in settings I only have the option to select activity, hourly steps and heart rate. No other options to select. Can you please advise?

Have tried restart

All my settings came through eventually, it just took time. You have to make sure you are linked to bluetooth and eventually all your stats will come through, it might take an hour or two. Also, I believe on the Fitbit app you can choose which options to have, for example I have de-selected the womens health one.
