How do I delete the music app on my Versa Lite?

My versa lite keeps going to play music on my phone and I want to delete the app

If I understand your question correctly you want to delete the music app on your Fitbit Versa 2. If that is correct please follow these steps: 

 

Open the Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 2. Now tap Gallery. Here you will find the list of installed app you have on your Versa 2. (Scroll down to see them all) In the list of apps installed on your watch, find the app you want to remove and tap it. Now tap uninstall. Now sync your Versa 2 to accept any changes you made.

Maybe this link will help: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1976.htm#How. I thought you wanted to delete the App but you mentioned in your second  post that you want to control music with you Fitbit.
