Hi there, @Nona45. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.
Please note the Music app cannot be deleted. However, you can edit your shortcut and replace it with another app you do want to use. To change which feature activates when you hold the button, open the Settings app and tap the Left Button option. The possible shortcuts vary based on your device.
Customize your watch by reordering your apps. For more information, see How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

Thanks! That worked.
On the Versa 3, it under Settings, Shortcuts.
There you can actually turn this Press and Hold "feature" completely off! (my choice there for sure).
But there are other choices on can make.
Personally, I chose to totally disable it, because on the Versa 3, it's a pain to "push the side" to turn it on, because it's not like the Versa 2 where it's a button. Here, it's like the entire side of the watch.
It's difficult because you have to put a lot of pressure to get it to turn on, that the watch interprets that as a "Press and Hold."
So I don't want anything to pop up, except see my clock face.
DISABLED!
thanks to moderators for pointing out this obvious option.
