Hello,
I just switched to Fitbit Versa 3 from Charge 3, and still in the process of understanding the accept/reject calls through watch concept. My question is; how do I dismiss a call notification without answering or rejecting the call on my phone, (basically i just want my band to stop vibrating after getting notified).
Thanks!

It will probably vibrate if you neither accept or reject till the person stops ringing you.
Normally it exactly mirrors how your phone behaves.
If you answer the call using the phone it should stop vibrating.

Isn't there a way to dismiss notification without answering or rejecting the call?

How would you do that on the phone?
You can't swipe right on the watch to get to quick settings to enable do not disturb, if that would even work.
However if you press the watch left button it does a reject of the call and stops vibrating.

Hi there, @Jafarhal. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Please bear in mind all information shared by @Guy_. If you press the Versa 3's button when someone is calling you, your watch will reject the call on both, your Versa 3 and phone. Therefore, your watch will stop vibrating.
Is there a reason why you don't want to accept or reject the call on your Versa 3, but do on your phone? Please note that you can switch an on-wrist call to your phone by doing the following:
Note that if you answer a call with your phone, you can’t switch the call to your watch.
For more information, see these help articles How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch? and Answer or reject calls.
About the DND, when you turn on the do not disturb setting:
You can't turn on do not disturb and sleep mode at the same time. For more details, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

@Jafarhal Please keep in mind that your watch won't stopped vibrating until you accept, reject the call, or the person stops calling you. If you don't want to be notified, please note what @Guy_ has mentioned about DND.

Lately, when I answer my phone call, my watch will continue to vibrate and notify me, as if I haven’t answered, during the entire phone call. If I hit either answer or reject, it will either connect the call to my watch-interrupting my conversation- or hang up on the person. How do I make it stop vibrating after I’ve answered?

This is really an important feature. I want it too. On my phone, when I want it to stop ringing/vibrating, I just press any of the volume buttons. It'll be great if this behavior can stop vibrating on the watch at the same time. In this way, we can say "it exactly mirrors how your phone behaves".

This is really disappointing. There are calls where I don’t want the caller to know that I’m *choosing* to ignore the call — being sent to voicemail without any reason why communicates a different message than if the call rings the full amount (for the person calling) and then goes to voicemail. My iPhone doesn’t even automatically fill my screen with caller info when someone calls, it just stays as a banner notification. If I swipe the banner up, my clock at the top left corner gets a green oval background, in the same way a blue oval appears if I leave google maps while it’s actively navigating a chosen route. I can click it to go to the call, or I can continue to use my phone without worrying about any speculation around why i looked at my phone and decided to send someone to voicemail. It just rings as it normally would for the caller, which typically just leads people to conclude that I must be busy or away from my phone, without me having to explicitly state why I’m unable to pickup. Since my versa2 had this feature, I’m very surprised and disappointed that it’s no longer an option with the versa3

To be clear, the feature I’m referring to is the ability to use my Fitbit in other ways without having to reject the call, along with not having to just let the watch vibrate the entire time it’s ringing when I don’t want to/can’t pickup, but also don’t want to send the caller to voicemail

Exactly this. I only want my Fitbit device to ring for personal calls using the default phone app but it will also ring when there are incoming business calls from other apps like AirCall which are not for me, usually with the phone hitting the volume button stops the vibration and doesn't kill the call. Aircall app is not even ticked under my apps to recieve notifications from.
