So I am a little frustrated I can’t transfer my music to Versa. I have a PC not a Mac and when I go to the ITunes and Fitbit apps nothing matches. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Good luck with that. I don't think anyone really understands all the issues and nuances associated with Versa' Music download. Following the user guide instruction works for some, but not others. IMHO, Fitbit needs to do a complete redesign of the Music feature processes, concentrating on ease of use, consistent user experience and reliability of outcome.

@Jewels2018 @SunsetRunner @SunsetRunner It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! First of all make sure your Versa is fully charged as you will need to connect to the wifi and it won't work if it has less than 25% of charge. You can now follow these instructions to transfer music and also watch this youtube video for guidance.
@Jewels2018 since you are using a Windows PC you could try using Windows Media player to transfer your playlists.
Let me know how it goes!

The YouTube how-to video referenced above addresses Windows 10 PC and Mac users only. If you're using an earlier version of Windows (like about half of all Windows users on earth), then this video sends you down the wrong path.
And, for Windows 10 users, there are some pretty significant differences between real-world use of the app for downloading music, and what is shown in the video: the interface looks different, when the app begins looking for Playlist...it never stops looking...and you have to manually stop the search to move on to the next step, ect...
Like I said earlier...nobody really understands Fitbit/Versa Music processes, including apparently, Fitbit's YouTubeOlogist and moderators of this forum.

I've been working on it all weekend and can't get it! It's almost to the point where I'm about to return the fit bit versa and get an Apple Watch.

This will not work because I need my music to come from a speaker while teaching Zumba. That does not have any Bluetooth abilities so I need my phone hooked into the speaker and be able to control the music coming from my phone via a watch

This youtube video is for the Ionic, not the versa. When you try to download the desktop app, it says that Versa is mobile app only. Can you put music on the versa or not? This is very frustrating. If someone isn't able to explain this, it sounds like an apple watch will be a better choice!

While in your iTunes song list, go to Edit and click Select All. Right click in the list and select Copy.
Create a New folder on your desktop and Paste all the songs into the new folder.
You can now select and drag the songs into the versa fitbit playlist, or select individual songs and drag individual songs into desired playlists.
It takes a while...depending on the amount of songs, it could take over an hour.
I hope this helped!

I have managed to transfer Music to versa from Windows 10 (have to be updated to latest version of windows 10 . took me 4 hours to update windows )
Then install the fitbit all
after that it was fairly straight forward process. Transferred about 20 mp4 files.
I have thought about transferring the Tunes to Versa but i think that is a complexity of different magnitude.....
for the moment those 20 songs give me about a hour of running music and that is sufficient....

In the video it shows the pc already having playlists.... what about itunes music coming from a pc??

And, now I had success after creating a playlist in windows media player, I would put that info out there better. But thank you.

I don't know if you ever figured this out or not, but I thought I'd share how I did it. For a pc you can create a playlist in your windows media player (all of your itunes music will auto load into it), then you simply have to refresh the playlist search in the fitbit desktop app, and you'll be set to sync with your fitbit. Good luck.

For everyone that is able to move iTunes music to versa from a PC, did you buy the music (like $1.29 per song) or downloaded it through Apple Music?
I feel like nothing is working...
