How do I download playlists from Mac Catalina's Music app (*not* iTunes)?

I finally managed to get my Versa 2 to connect to Fitbit Connect on my Mac running Catalina, but the box for loading music into a playlist only has slots for 5 songs, and no obvious mechanism for transferring playlists from the new Music app that replaced iTunes in this operating system. All the instructions I can find are for folks using iTunes, so they don't help. I would like to be able to transfer more than 5 songs at a time! Help?
