Bought this to detect AFIB.  Can't find the ECG app and how to download it.  Can't find Assessments and Reports. Manual isn't helpful.

The Versa 2 does not have the ECG.  That is only in later models

But it does have the checking for Irregular Heart Rhythms - see How do Fitbit Irregular Rhythm Notifications check for atrial fibrillation (AFib)? 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
