How do I find the IMEI number on my Versa 2?

Hi can anyone tell me how to find the IMEI number on my Versa 2 please? I am looking to upgrade and need this number to see if my watch is worth trading in. I have tried to look at other ways of finding it but I had a problem with my last watch so received a new watch without the box so can’t check it out on there. Thanks

Hello @Mrskrobbo81 and welcome to the Community.  Fitbits don't have IMEI numbers.  IMEI is short for International Mobile Equipment Identity.  Mobile phones and LTE smartwatches have IMEI numbers.  Fitbits don't.

That’s bizarre as I was told to find it for the upgrade or the model number but it wasn’t working.

@Mrskrobbo81   The Versa 2 model number is FB507.  It does not have an IMEI number.  If you can't get past this step, then it is an issue with the site you are using.
