How do I get Active Zone Minutes on my Versa Lite?

How do you get to see your Active Zone Minutes? All I am seeing on everything is just the active minutes.  Any help gratefully appreciated.  Thank you.

Which Fitbit model?  Not all have switched from active minutes to Active Zone Minutes.

Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Inspire 2, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Sense, and Fitbit Versa series track Active Zone Minutes. All other devices track active minutes.

Thank you for getting back to me.  I have the versa lite, it is a replacement as my previous one broke, but I did have then active zone minutes on there.  I just don't know how to activate this again for my new one?

Where exactly are you looking?  Phone app? on the Versa Lite? On fitbit.com dashboard?

Hi there @Rossie65, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa Lite.

Please make sure you've AZM turned on. Turn off/on weekly Active Zone Minutes notifications in the Settings app on your device.

There are 2 ways to receive heart-zone notifications after you enter a heart-rate zone during an exercise in the Exercise app:

  • Set a goal of Active Zone minutes for your workout. On your device, open the Exercise app > tap an exercise > Goal > Active Zone Minutes > set a goal, and start the workout.
  • Turn on zone notifications for the exercise. On your device, open the Exercise app > tap an exercise > tap the gear icon > Zone Notifications.

I've moved your post to Other Versa Smartwatches board for organization purposes.

@Rossie65   If your replacement is new, then it has the firmware from when it was manufactured.  AZMs came in a firmware update.  I suspect your will get the update in another day or two.

I have looked everywhere but can't see anything for AZM, to be able to set this up for the 150 per week.  Many thanks.

Hi Marre

I can't find the AZM anywhere to turn these on.  In the settings there is nothing for AZM, any further help would be appreciated.  I have even been right through everything on my Dashboard and still can't fine anything.  Also my notifications, email's, text  etc don't come to my wrist anymore, for all these are set up.

Many thanks for your support.

When I attempt to tap "zone minutes" as noted above by MarreFitbit I find that it is greyed out but still indicates on.   Tried a reset but nothing happens and it stays the same.
