My fitbit does not sync. the instructions to get it to sync said to go to settings and say forget this device under the bluetooth section. I did that and now I have NOTHING and the Versa is not recognized at all . Really? why give advice like this and now It is a useless? Now I can't sync and the iphone does not even think I own a Versa anymore. Wh

Thanks for the details shared on your post about this situation with your Versa. After you remove a Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth, you need to open your Fitbit app and you should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to paired with your phone, then you have to tap on "Pair" to approve the request.
