I dont see the fireworks display when I reach the 10000 step goal,  it's a new watch versa 3.. What I have to do?

We had the same issue on an Ace 3.

In our case it turned out that sleep mode was on. Turning off sleep did the trick.

Just wanted to chime in that this was the same issue on the Charge 3. Turning off sleep mode (which I didn't even know was a thing) fixed this issue and I now see the animations when I hit my step goal! Thank you
