New to Versa 3. Would like to know what figure is classed as a good stress score. Like BPM shows my category good to excellent for my age. My stress shows 76 but what range is that??

Hi there, @Suefromkent. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.
The score ranges from 1 to 100. A higher score indicates that your body is showing fewer physical signs of stress.
More than 10 factors tracked by your Fitbit device make up your score. These factors are broken down into 3 categories:
To see a detailed breakdown of your score in the Fitbit app, purchase a Fitbit Premium subscription. For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit Premium?
I also recommend checking this help article How do I track and manage stress with my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

I have viewed what you have mentioned but what I am asking is what figure does Fitbit say is a bad, medium or good stress score. At what level would say 76 sit?? Fair, good, excellent?? Like the heart beat for your age shows where the score sits. Like the sleep score shows if fair, poor or excellent so why not the stress level?? Please, please don’t say it’s on premium!! My upgrade to Versa 3 has seen nothing as its now all on premium. Can see why majority are moving over to Garmin as they offer so much more to their loyal customer who has purchased their product.
