Hello @Minloose and welcome to the Community. If you are asking about downloading personal music to your Versa, Fitbit removed that feature a while ago. You should be able to control music playing on your phone. Please see this Help article for specific instructions: How do I control music with my Fitbit device?

@Minloose Hi. No you can't. Only people who downloaded music to their watch before Fitbit disabled the option, can have music on their watch. I got my Versa 2 2.5 years ago and any reference to storing music on the watch was already removed from the packaging.

So did Google also remove Fitbit's ability to control music playing on the phone as well?
My Versa2 doesn't show the "music" icon (however my prior Versa1 did)

I had paired it to the classic Bluetooth. The issue is the actual music icon is not on the watch (does it really only appear if certain conditions are met?).
It is referenced to be a feature here:

Not sure how to force a firmware install just in case it was borked during an update.

Hold on...found the icon by pulling down twice...rather than with the other icons as it was in the Versa1.
Some issues with it actually controlling..but I'll work on that next. ta.
