How do I order a brand new original hook strap from Fitibit?

My versa 3 strap hook came off about 3 months ago, the replacement strap I ordered from Jumia is not so great. How do I order a brand new original hook strap from fitibit.

While I was reading your post, I was trying to find something that meets your needs for a hook strap. I did actually find this Hook & Loop Band in the Fitbit store. There are actually plenty of bands for the Versa 3 that you might be interested in. If you do so, please take a look at all the accessories for Versa 3 by clicking here, also take in mind that you are able to order the bands right from the same page.

Since you are not able to place the order from the official website, I'll suggest taking a look to see if any of our authorized retailers can ship the product to your location.
