Hey. I upgraded to a Versa 3 yesterday from the 2. I cannot for the life of me find how to change the layout of the exercises on it. I don't bike, bootcamp, etc & like to have walk as the first option. I can't believe they've taken the ability to change & remove shortcuts to exercise?? Help please!

Hi there, @Clarri. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Please note on Versa 3 there's no way to reorganize/remove the exercises as your watch will show you by default all the exercises (20+) available in the Exercise app.
That being said, when you use the Exercise app, the order of the exercises will automatically change what means it will show a recent list of the last 3 exercises you used and then All Exercises.
Hope this clarifies your inquiry, I'll be around if you have any questions present.

I appreciate the answer, but I am very unhappy to NOT be able to manually order my choices of exercise shortcuts. My point of view seems to very similar to that of many other Versa 3 owners. Having to scroll down a list of 20+ exercise activities simply to select a new activity of choice is ridiculous!! This seems an annoyingly and backward step for what is supposed to be a higher tech version of a Fitbit !

@2Young2BThis0ld - it's a question of habit. Instead of taking the time to organise your exercises all in one go, you only need search when you do a NEW exercise, which actually is less effort and it also constantly keeps the most often used at the top without you having to do anything.
If you want to select an exercise by its established position then it's a real nuisance because they may move about.
