@oleglory57, I have moved your post from the iOS board to the Versa board so it has more exposure. Please note that when you add a new Bluetooth audio device for the first time, make sure both the device and your watch are in pairing mode.

To pair a new Bluetooth audio device, follow the steps below or scroll down to watch the video (English only):

  1. Start by activating pairing mode on your Bluetooth headphones, speaker, or other audio device.
  2. On your watch, open the Settings appand then scroll down and tap Bluetooth.
  3. Tap + Audio Device. Your watch searches for nearby devices.
  4. When your watch finds nearby Bluetooth audio devices, it shows a list on the screen. Tap the name of the device you want to pair.

When pairing is complete, a check mark appears on the screen.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink

Hi, @oleglory57! Here are the steps you use for the Flyer, I'm assuming it's a similar procedure for the apple ear buds.

Thank you so much for these steps! I was just able to pair my Versa with my Plantronics Voyager ear piece.

Plantronics users hold the"answer call" button in/on to get back into pairing mode, and the Versa will find it.

No need to enter any codes..!

My watch finds the airpods pro and then the circle continues to go around and says "pairing Airbods"

What am I doing wrong? Do I hold the button on the case the whole time? When do I let it off?
