To better assist you, may we know why you want to perform a factory reset on your Versa 2? Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc. 

If you are aware of the above and still want to proceed with the factory reset, please follow @Talahthas' tips and recommendations.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @SunsetRunner!

To erase your Versa 2, first step will be to open the Settings app on your device.
Next tap About, then Factory Reset. Finally confirm and your device will be erased.
