How do I receive Whatsapp notifications with my iPhone on my Versa?

My versa tells me when I have a call and a message but not Whatsapp or emails. What am I doing wrong I have tried everything in the manual and it's very frustrating

Hey @SnowyOwl5, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! In order for you to receive Whatsapp and e-mail notifications, you had to select them on the iPhone itself. In other words, first of all on your iOS device, you have to select those notifications that you want to receive onto your Versa, and make a test, so if you haven't, please give it a try.
