I am paired but can't connect to my Galaxy 10+.  I want to receive and see my messages on my fitbit.  How do I connect?

Hi there @Thomastuckerii, welcome to the Community Forums. 

 

Please follow the instructions from this help article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? 

 

If you just get started with your Versa 2, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.
