my fitbit app is not showing any credit card information but when i click on wallet on watch a credit card comes on screen. I no longer want to use this feature. How do i take it off the watch. credit card not showing in app on phone but it is showingin app on watch? how do i delete this. thanks

Hi there @wondergal67, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details shared in your post about the credit card still showing up on your Versa 2 even when you've already removed it from your Fitbit app, I'll be glad to help you from now on.

While reading your post I was wondering if you did sync your watch just right after removing the card from your Fitbit Pay to save recently changes made? If so, please try restarting your Versa 2 by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

If the card you want to remove is still appearing on the watch, I recommend trying to use the online fitbit.com dashboard to delete the card from Fitbit Pay: How do I remove or suspend a card from Fitbit Pay?
