How do I remove a credit card from the Versa?

Is it possible to remove a credit card from within the Versa? If so, would someone please tell me how?

 

Unfortunately, I cannot get into the wallet on my phone or laptop. I just keep getting the "something went wrong" message. I tried restarting the Versa. That didn't help. I haven't yet tried re-installing the app and I don't particularly want to reset the Versa to factory settings. I only did this recently and it's a pain to get it all set up again.

 

FitPay works, so I'm not too fussed. It's just that I'm cancelling one of the credit cards so I want to remove it from the watch.

 

Any help appreciated.

I've managed to fix the problem by removing then re-installing Fitbit app on my phone and laptop. Looks as if there's a new version out again (2.37.1675.0). Perhaps it was something to do with the new version that caused the problem.

 

The new version had been installed automatically but something must have gone wrong when it was updated. Removing and reinstalling it seems to have done the trick.

 

All is good again now. Thanks again for trying to help, @AlejandraFitbit

Regarding your inquiry, you can remove a CC from your watch by doing the following:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon > your device image.
  2. Tap or click the Wallet tile. 
  3. Find the card you want to delete.
  4. Tap or click Remove Card. The card is removed from Fitbit Pay and can no longer be used to make payments with your watch.
  5. Sync your watch to remove the card image from your screen.

I may not have been clear in my initial post. The problem is that I cannot get into the wallet on the app. Not the app on the laptop or the app on the phone. I just keep getting the "something went wrong" message that I know some other people have been seeing in the past. Edit for clarification: That is why I asked if it was possible to remove the credit card from within the Versa itself (meaning without having to use the app).

 

It's not a big deal. As I said, the card I'm keeping works as Fitbit Pay on the Versa even though I cannot make changes to the wallet.

 

No doubt, sooner or later there'll be another update to the Fitbit app and it will work again. (Or I might be forced at some stage to do a factory reset on the Versa, or reinstall the app, and one of those might fix the problem.)

 

By the way, while your alteration to the title fits your response, I'm afraid it doesn't fit my question. Never mind.
