I want to remove the pass code I put on my Versa 2, and I don't know how to do it. Having this pass code is a total PITA!

Hi there, @Peregrina23. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand how annoying this can be.

Please note there's no way to get rid of the PIN feature once it has been set up, you can instead, change it or reset it. For more information, see How do I unlock my Fitbit device with my phone?

The PIN cannot be removed completely unless a factory reset is performed. Nevertheless, if you only want to be prompted to enter your PIN code when you're ready to make a contactless payment, change the device lock setting to Enabled for Fitbit Pay Only or Enabled for Google Wallet Only.
