just recently charged my versa 2 after a year and a bit of not using, but i have had it for ages and i added the device lock a while before paying on watch was an option. i cant seem to find out any way of changing/removing the device lock without adding google pay, other than factory reset? is that the only option or is there something else i can do? ios user btw
any help appreciated, thanks in advance!

Please note that if you have enabled the device lock you will not be able to remove it, only change or reset the password. As you mentioned, in this case, the only option is a Factory Reset.
