How do I remove the heart rate from being on display constantly on the watch. My previous fitbit allowed me to just remove it from the display, don't like seeing it as it makes me anxious

Hi @Boofit900 - it depends on if you mean the display is Always On - to turn that off swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and turn it off.

If you have a clock face with HR showing, you may be able to switch mode or change to a simpler clock face by downloading one from the online Gallery, click profile photo, device photo, Gallery tile to choose one or change the one being used currently.
