How do I reset my Versa if I want to give my Versa to somebody else?

I want to pass this Fitbit Versa on to somebody else, how can i get it back to factory settings and remove any of my info from FitBit

Hi @wombat1 - you can factory reset it from the watch Settings, About Versa menu. Then don't touch it to allow it to complete, may take minutes, if it is successful (sometimes it can kill the watch)

But first sync it and charge it.

In the Fitbit App you can remove it from your account.
