From your clock face, swipe the screen to the left. This should reveal your apps. One of the apps should be "Alarms". Tap on it. Then tap on "+New Alarm".

Hi @Gmhands - if you are missing the Alarms app in your replacement watch.
First do a Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu, wait 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart and charge it, or push a button.
If the Alarms app launch icon doesn't reappear maybe it wasn't properly refurbished before sending out.
Try installing the Alarms App from the phone Fitbit App,
Click profile photo,
device photo,
Gallery tile,
Apps tab
and search for Alarms and install the one from Fitbit
