@SunsetRunner You're welcome!

Sorry for the misunderstand, I see what you mean. You're trying to change the cover photo in the Fitbit app not on the watch. To do so, please:

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap the tile with your name.
  3. Tap the camera icon next to your current cover photo (tap the gear icon > Cover Photo on Android).
  4. Take a new photo or choose an existing photo.
  5. Save your photo.

For more information, see How do I manage my Fitbit profile?

In order to add a photo to your reply please:

  • When you're in the reply page, click on the Insert Photos icon (the little camera).
  • Then, click on the Choose File in the middle of the grey window that will pop up.
  • Search for the photo on your computer or phone and click on Open.
  • Once the image shows up in the grey windows, select the size and the position and click on Done.

Hello there @SunsetRunner, welcome on board!

This will depend of the clock face you're using. How is it called? If you were using a personal photo from your phone's Gallery, you can just update the photo.

If you're using the Photograph clock face developed by Fitbit, once you select the clock face you'll see at the bottom the option "Settings", this will redirect you to where you can upload your image.

For future references, with third party apps, is recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about future implementations. To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.

Thank you for your response @MarreFitbit. Also the cover image on my profile when opening the fitbit app is it possible to restore it to the original image? I’ve been searching for the exact one but to no avail. I really want to attach a picture of it to show you what I’m referring to but unfortunately it won’t let me. 😔
