How do I set my versa lite to receive messages and calls

Hello there,

I had just purchased my versa lite and have successfully set it up with my Samsung S10.

It has been syncing all data from the watch to the fitbit app on my phone although it does not notify me when I receive messages or calls.

 

What can I do to rectify this?
