How do I set up husband an account when it says emai already taken?

@dimockkatie I looked at your profile and see that you’re a long time Fitbit user. Did your husband use a Fitbit in the past, then stop? If so, that account is still active — Fitbit doesn’t delete inactive accounts; they are only deleted on request. He just needs to log in. There’s an option to reset the password in case it’s been forgotten.
I know there are instances where spouses share the same email account. If so, he needs his own email account.
