How do I set up notifications on my Versa 2?

I recently bought new Versa 2 and somewhere clicked the setting to not recieve full notications on my watch which now am regretting. Can someone tell me where that setting might be to see where that setting is to reset to default and see the complete notification on my watch I can't seem to find it anywhere.
