I just got my Fitbit today at Costco and it does not show me my notifications it is also is not compatible with my music on my phone any idea on what to do. I'm sorta getting frustrated and debating whether to return it.

@eyob What's your phone model and and OS? You need to use your computer to upload the music to your watch. Please take a look at this help article. You can read more about setting up and troubleshooting the notifications here and here.
