How do I stop notifications coming to my Versa 2?

I have switched off all notifications in my Fitbit app, but they are still coming onto my watch, everything from emails, to Facebook birthday reminders, they are waking me up at night, it's so annoying.  It used to work, must be an update that caused it, I used to only get low battery notifications

Hi there, @IanHollo. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is still receiving notifications. I understand how annoying this can be, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, please confirm that you've turned off the notifications on your Versa 2 by going to the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon > your device. Tap Notifications and go to E-mail, Text, Calls notifications and you'll see the option to disable them and make sure to sync your Versa 2 to save the changes. I'd also recommend restarting your Versa 2 by following these steps.

Everything is off except for low battery, I've just synched & restarted my watch (it's a versa 2 btw) and still I've just had a WhatsApp message appear on my Fitbit versa 2  just 2 mins later

Hi @IanHollo - there are a couple of things you can also do.

Firstly, Go to watch settings and set up a sleep schedule which will stop all notifications coming to the watch.

Secondly, Swipe down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again and tap the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings, there you can turn on Do not disturb which will stop all notifications coming to the watch at any time.

That has helped, the vibrations have stopped but Gmail's & other notifications are still popping up on the watch screen despite having switched everything off except for low battery notifications
