How do I stop the vibrations on my Versa 2?

Hi there,

I have always been an android-user but my phone just died and a friend borrowed me an iPhone 7 as a quick replacement.

Probably because I do not know how to use apple products, I cannot seem to be able to disable vibrating on my Versa 2 when receiving notifications (whatsapp, email, etc.)

I have tried disabling every notification on the phone, but apparently I am missing something. So far the only workaround that worked is turning do not disturb mode on the phone, but this means I am also not getting any notification on the phone - which I would like to still receive. Anyone can help?

Thanks!

Hi there, @Erica85. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the inconvenience with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand, Android and iOS devices do not work the same and sometimes it is a bit tricky to find some settings when switching phones.

Best option here is to do what @Guy_ has suggested to you. So, to find more detailed instructions, please see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Hi @Erica85  - on the watch do a long button press (if not reassigned or pull down once on the watch face, and then again and click on the 2 white bars) to get to Quick Settings and turn on do not disturb there, rather than the phone.

Thanks @MarreFitbit and @Guy_

I have my Versa 2 since 2+ years and I had never noticed this function on the watch, it always synched with my Android device!

All good now!
