How do I switch from one activity to another on Versa? Also can I add activities

Just got my Versa yesterday and no instructions...very frustrating.  Currently in "treadmill" mode and want to change to another activity or the basic mode. Wondering about adding activities like yoga. Thank you!

Once you start recording an activity using the Exercise App, you need to pause it with the bottom (lower right) button and then end it with the top (upper right) button. Then you press "End" with your finger and it goes back to the main menu for the Apps.
