Hello @BernieMa and welcome to the Community. Most major cruise lines offer internet access. Please double check with your cruise line.

I don't recommend bringing your Fitbit on a cruise. My husband and I both did, and both of our devices completely stopped working (no time, no tracking--just blank). When we got back to land, some of my features worked again (time) but many no longer work at all (heart rate and sleep). My husband's device never started working again. It had nothing to do with the ship's plug-in outlets as my device was fully charged and still on my wrist when it stopped working. I called customer service, and they weren't able to help.

Hi @cocoachai - the cruise is not the issue, when a watch gets wet water can get in and cause them to stop working or working poorly. If they got/get hot when charging stop immediately as it is dangerous and confirms an internal fault.

Yeah, it didn't get water in it and didn't get hot while charging. It stopped working the second we left land (while sitting in air conditioning at the food buffet) and hasn't worked since. So, the cruise seems to be the issue.
