Can I set my watch where like on elliptical I can choose a level?

Please note that you can definitely track elliptical exercise with your Versa 2 but you cannot choose a level of intensity, this can only be done on the elliptical machine. For more information, I'd recommend checking this help article How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?
