How do I transfer Music to my Fitbit? I watched a video on YouTube which makes it look easy except for the part I am suppose to click on the tiny watch icon in the upper right corner of my dashboard. I don't have that small watch icon so now what?

Hello. I finally figured it out! So if you go on your computer and download the Fitbit Connect app, you can plug your Versa charger into the computer. Then, plug your Versa into it and go to the Music app on the Versa. On the computer, click “Manage My Music” and click “Transfer Music” on the Versa. It does take quite a while; five minutes at most. Finally, it connects and will show all of your iTunes folders to transfer. You then click the check marks for what folders you want to transfer and click “Upload”. Set aside about 15 minutes for this, depending on how much music you wish to transfer. Hope I could help!

as a reference.. look at your post.. under your name.. it will say post 64 out of 64
so i if say post 56.. then you have to go to page before.. and look for the post
and we all started somewhere 😄
no need to appologize

It is also dependent on the size and amount of songs. I transferred 20 songs in 15 minutes. But if you are trying to sync 150 - 200 songs then it will take a while.

I’m having exactly the same issue with my new Versa! I am sooo frustrated with all the problems it’s giving me that I’m ready to return the Versa and keep my charge 2!

I have the same issue.
I think it s because versa is connecting with my phone.
So before i connect with my laptop , I go to Watch's settings, about, and shutdown my watch.
than connect with computer.

It's July 23 same issue, I just upgraded from the Charge2, having the option of downloading music is important. Very disappointed in Fitbit!!

I am not sure why it cant be transferred via USB since you need to be charging anyway. This is quite ridiculous to rely on your WiFi to transfer.

Thank you!! I gave up and returned my Versa. Went back to my loyal Charge HR 2!!!

Myself, as well. This is the only reason I bought the versa. I liked that I wouldn't have to take my phone as well to listen to music.

Use Musconv tool to sync playlist from one stream to another stream. Find More details at MUSCONV

This was very helpful. I plugged my versa charger into my computer's usb port, I'm not sure if that helped, but it worked.

I just downloaded 17 plus hours of music onto my Versa using windows 7 and the fitbit connect desktop app no problems. Does take awhile to do so however.
